Classes
We run weekly group classes in 10 instruments, singing, the Irish language and set dancing, catering for all levels and ages
- including adult-only lessons
Classes take place in St Mark’s High School, Warrenpoint on Wednesday evenings from 7pm - 8:30pm, during which time, students have the opportunity to take two classes in line with our timetable released ahead of term.
New or returning students are always welcome. Contact us for more information on registration
2024 Class Registration
Registration for our 2024/25 year of classes is now open and will close on Friday 13th September
Our first term of classes will begin on Wednesday 25th September and will run for 12 weeks (allowing for midterm) until Wednesday 18th December
After this time, our team will be in touch by email to confirm you/your child’s classes, times and instruments. Fees are payable on a termly basis.
We firmly believe that finance should not be a barrier to accessing music and cultural tuition, which is why our class fees are one of the lowest in County Down, whilst maintaining the highest teaching standards. If these fees present a large burden to your family, please contact Kayley on wcomhaltas@gmail.com for a confidential arrangement.
Please Note: All children must be P3 or above to take part in classes.
Most of our classes are mixed age, but we do run classes exclusively for adult learners
